Formed in August of 2011, the Kelowna Area Network of Drug Users aims to work with community, businesses, government, RCMP, and bylaw to promote the equal treatment of people who use drugs and a healthy and safe community for all.
KANDU meets every second week to discuss issues that impact people who use drugs, and to create positive solutions that will benefit the community as a whole.
