Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 2pm at 168 Asher Rd. in Kelowna.
Anybody is welcome to attend, but only current drug users may vote on issues.

Guidelines for Meetings
These guidelines apply to any and all who attend meetings. These guidelines will be reviewed at the start of each meeting, and revisions will be made as the group sees fit.
1. Confidentiality
a. Regarding any personal matters, what is said in the group stays in the group.
b. No members will be identified as such outside of the group.
2. Respect
a. All members of the group will be treated with respect.
b. The space in which meetings are held will be treated with respect.
c. There will be no interrupting or cross-talking, each will have their chance to speak.
d. All members will arrive on time to the best of their ability.
e. Personal conflicts are not part of KANDU and must be left outside.
f. There will be no drug use or drug dealing during the meetings.
3. Group Integrity
a. Anybody is welcome to attend meetings.
b. Only current drug users may form a board of directors (be voting members?)
c. Meetings will begin on time regardless of who is present.
d. A majority vote rules on all decisions.
e. Nobody speaks on behalf of the group without group approval.
f. Stipends will only be provided to those present for at least three-quarters of the meeting.
